The article examines the current situation of developing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program of Quang Ninh province, through analyzing the basic activities of the Program, including direction and organization; awareness-raising communication; implementation ofthe cycle; product and subject development results; trade promotion activities and international cooperation; building a network of partners; deploying the point-directed model, and mobilizing resources for the Program. Based on the examination results, the article also proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness ofthe Program, including upgrading the organizational system; communication to raise awareness; product development orientation; branding, and international cooperation.
