Landslides and rockfalls are very serious geological hazards when they occur. Roads in mountainous areas, when landslides and falling rocks occur, can cause damage to works, disrupt traffic for a long time to overcome, dangerous for traffic participants. There are many solutions that have been implemented to prevent and control the impact of landslides and falling rocks such as changing the shape of the slope, reducing the height of the slope, controlling surface water, groundwater, or using structures such as covering nets and anchors, cables, concrete spraying, retaining walls... The above solutions still exist in practice, sliding and falling rocks. The solution of tunneling through the mountain is completely solved but the cost is high. This paper presents a solution of reinforced concrete protective structures arranged on mountain sections to withstand the impact of landslides and falling rocks. The structural behavior analysis along with the surveys clearly show the effectiveness and responsiveness of the structural solution.
