Effect of complexes of rare earth elements and the ability to stimulate the growth of twigs tea breeds TB 14 in Bao Loc - Lam Dong has been studied. Results showed that complex mixtures of rare earth elements (III) are likely to increase the productivity of tea up to 24.32 percent. Lactate rare earth complexes not only increase productivity but also increase the quality of tea through the parameters of caffeine, solutes, tannins and total nitrogen. Rare earth residues in tea samples detected only in trace barely containing the radioactive elements U and Th.
