Logistics quyết định sự lưu thông toàn bộ chuỗi cung ứng sản xuất - phân phối hàng hóa trong nền kinh tế thị trường. Do vậy, chất lượng dịch vụ logistics đóng vai trò then chốt quyết định sự thành công của doanh nghiệp và tổng thể nền kinh tế của mỗi quốc gia. Trên cơ sở phân tích thực trạng chất lượng ngành logistics Việt Nam những năm qua, bài viết đưa ra một số khuyến nghị với các bên liên quan nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ logistics của các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa.
Logistics determines the circulation of the entire supply chain of goods production and distribution in the market economy. Therefore, the quality of logistics services plays a key role in the success of enterprises and the overall economy of each country. Based on the analysis of the quality of Vietnam’s logistics industry in recent years, the article proposes a number of recommendations to relevant parties to improve the quality of logistics services of Vietnamese enterprises in the context of globalization.
