Benthic species composition in Pu Hu Nature Reserve had identify to 54 species of 45 genus, 30 families of 3 phylums (Annelida; Arthropoda and Mollusca). In particular, the phynum Arthropoda have the most number of species to 32 species accounted for 59.26 percent, and the Annelida has only one species, accounting for 1.85 percent. The analyses showed that the number of zooplankton in Pu Hu is 38 species of 22 varieties, 16 of them are 2 industry sectors rotifers (Rotatoria) and leg joints sector (Arthropoda). In particular, industry rotifers (Rotatoria) with 23 species, accounting for 60.53 percent of total species, 10 varieties (45.45 percent),8 families .(50 percent); leg joints sector (Arthropoda) accounted for 39 of 15 species, 47 percent, but there is the same number 12 seed (54.55 percent), 8 families (50 percent). All of them are mostly common species in northern Vietnam, no species are listed in Red Data Book of Vietnam, 2007, IUCN Red List, 2012.
