By cross-sectional study, combined quantitative and qualitative methode, aims to (I) Evaluation clinical internal of students terms third year trained credit in 2013-2014; (2) Description of the factors affecting the clinical study of students terms third year trained credit. The authors showed that students in school clinical regularly perform the steps in the correct order medical examination is 51.80 percent, fully exploiting information when asked disease is 54.95 percent, 31.53 percent group discussion of clinical content, 81.08 percent self-taught while on clinical, 93.47 percent implementation of clinical indicators satisfactory or above. Factors affecting the clinical study as undergraduates actively in clinical, not a regular practice communication skills, teamwork skills, clinical skills. The author recommends (l) Students at Clinical Medical Clinical should actively and regularly practicing clinical skills. (2) The teacher should summarize how clinical examination in the first week of school when clinical medical facility, increase time visit and monitor the patient's clinical criteria. (3) Classification of small groups of students in school clinical.
