Policy of treatment for rupture of solid organ in abdominal trauma has been change recently. The purpose of this study was to evaluate results of nonoperative treatment of solid organ trauma. Patients and method: prospective cohot study with 737 abdominal trauma cases treated at Viet-Duc University Hospital form 1/2006 to 12/2008. Results: 68,2 percent solid organ injury treated conservatively, 31,8 percent surgically. there are 287 hepatic injury with 79,4 percent medical treatment, taux of success was 93 percent. The data for spleen injury was 281, 55,5 percent,98 percent, for kidney: 167, 74,3 percent, 91,1 percent and 46,2 percent cases of pancreatic injury weres treated medicaly. Conclusion: conservative treatment of solid organ injury is a safe and efficase method for treatment of solid organ injury in abdominal trauma.
