Bảo đảm trật tự, an toàn giao thông đường bộ có ỷ nghĩa lớn đến bảo vệ quyên con \ngườỉ, trước hết là quyền sống, quyền được an toàn về tỉnh mạng, sức khỏe, tài sản của mọi người khi tham gia giao thông. Chinh vĩ vậy, việc tiếp cận quyền con người trong xây dựng Luật Trật tự, an toàn giao thông đường bộ (LTTATGTĐB) góp phần hoàn thiện hệ thống pháp luật, nâng cao vai trò, ỷ thức trách nhiệm của các cơ quan nhà nước, cán bộ, công chức nhà nước và của toàn xã hội theo hướng bảo vệ, bảo đảm quyền con người .Bài viết đi sâu phân tích làm rõ khái niệm, đặc điểm và ý nghĩa của cách tiếp cận quyền con người trong xây dựng LTTATGTĐB, nội dung tiếp cận quyền con người và một số kiến nghị tiếp cận quyển con người trong xây dựng LTTATGTĐB ở Việt Nam hiện nay

Ensuring road traffic order and safety is of great significance to the protection of human rights, first of all, the right to life and the right to security in terms of life, health and property of everyone when commuting. Therefore, a human rights approach in the development of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety contributes to completing the legal system, raising the role and sense of responsibility of state agencies, officials and public servants and of the whole society towards protecting and ensuring human rights. The article analyzes and clarifies the concept, characteristics and meaning of the human rights approach in the development of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, the content of the human rights approach, and some recommendations on the human rights approach in the development of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety in Vietnam today.
