The article presented research on 1719 parents whose children were at the age of 14 to 18 in Hanoi, Hue and Ho Chi Minh city on their ease and difficulties in teaching values for their children. Results showed that parents' ease stemmed from unity and love between family members, adults' setting good examples for children and agreement between parents in child education. There was a significant difference between parents' ease and difficulties when comparing between parents in different locations, of different educational levels and occupations.
