The application of virtual reality technology (VR) plays a crucial role in the process of digital transformation and is the trend of the 4.0 revolution. For the application of visual telecommunication in tourism real estate, VR technology could become an effective promotion tool in attracting tourists, promoting sightseeing and resort activities, which demonstrates professionalism, novelty and affirms the pioneering position in promoting activities to a large number of tourists instead of simply providing 2D information through traditional means such as videos, articles, facebook, instagram,... Based on 3DVista Virtual Tour software and external data collection devices such as: 360° camera, UAV... the research team proposed to build a promotional model for the tourism real estate product Cozy House tested at Dong Do lake, Minh Tri commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi city. Users can interact with the virtual space through laptops, smartphones, tablets... and explore the resort apartment from overview to detail by using the functions in the model. The survey results assessing users' feedback on the VR360 virtual reality model demonstrate satisfaction and positive evaluations regarding the interactive experience and the quality of transmitted information. Users highly rated the interactive capabilities, authenticity of the model, and convenience when exploring the Cozy House resort apartment through virtual reality technology. This indicates that the application of VR360 technology in promoting tourism real estate is not only effective but also receives positive feedback from users.
