Objective: To investigate the Relation between histopathology and clinic manifestations of basal cell carcinoma. Method: This is a perspective study basing on 312 lesions of 236 patients with basal cell carcinoma. Histological features were investigated and compared to clinic manifestations. Results: The nodule is major type (78,5 percent), mainly in people more than 40 years old (82 percent). This type is more often in man than woman (79,8 percent vs 52,7 percent, p 0,05), in which 82,5 percent located on the head- face and neck, 78,6 percent ulcerated and the risk of hyper-pigmentation was 1,93 times higher than other types (95 percent CI: 1,05-2, 16). Infiltrated type is accounted for 11,9 percent, in which 91,9 percent located in the head area, 90,4 percent ulcerated and the risk of infiltration of this type is 11,8 times higher than other types (95 percent CI: 1,48-5,52). Superficial type is accounted for 9,6 percent, in which 83 percent of this type in people under 40 years old, mainly in woman (29,2 percent in women vs 10,1 percent in man, p0,05), and it is more often on body and extremeties (60 percent and 33,3 percent). Conclusion: The nodule is more common type of Bee. This type is more often in man more than 40 years old. It is mainly located on the head area. Ulceration and hyper-pigmentation are presented in all types of Bee. However, these are more often in nodular type.
