Objectives: Some characteristics of mothers with Rh (-) delivered in National hospital of obstetrics and gynecology (NHOG) from 2011 to 2013. Methods: A Cross-sectional descriptive studies. Results: The proportion of mothers with Rh ( - ) in NHOG delivered in 2011 was 0.128 percent; 0.189 percent in 2012 and In the first 6 months of 2013 is 0.227 percent; the overall rate of study is 0.172 percent . 64.2 percent of mothers in study have had a history of obstetric intervention, only 15.9 percent of women have discovered the Rh ( - ) before pregnant. 90.1 percent of women each obstetric intervention without the injection of Anti D prophylaxis after intervention. Mothers groups inject only 1 nasal Anti D within 72 hours after birth accounted for 57.9 percent at most. Condusions: The proportion of mothers with Rh( - ) in NHOG delivered is 0.172 percent and 64.2 percent of mothers in study have had a history of obstetric intervention.
